if we send in a firearm ownership record, are we subjigating ourself at all??
also I'm concerned that: a) the laws will change to elliminate the bullet button loophole, or b) i will have a chance to complete my weapon , only to have the laws change after i've already made the investment. |

| Are you referring to the paperwork they want you to submit when moving into the state? Only pistols need be registered. On the Personal Handgun Importer form it clearly states you only list/pay for pistols and not to list rifles. To register rifles is totally voluntary. Unless you are doing the paperwork to CREATE a paper trail for insurance purposes or the like, don't bother. As long as it has the button and you don't shove a hi-cap in it, it is just another rifle in their eyes. |
