i went by my sister house and it all flooded the guy next to her lost his mustang :/   BTW the fence in pic is over 6ft |

What's up with all this flooding? When it's bad the creek behind my house fills 3/4ths. When it's outrageously pouring cats and dogs for days on end it gets up near the top of its banks and flows like niagara falls raging by. The same goes for nearby roads bordered by drainage ditches. Yet today the flow is rather calm and uneventful. Somebody must be plugging up the drainages for you guys to be getting floods like that. |
She live over by Johnson Creek? That's usually the first place that floods up there in Portland.
