just never see anyone from arfcom up there.  there was wnc  shoot at moss knob a few weeks ago, seems that it was a no show for all.  just wondering where all the arfcomers were shooting or if they all have faded into the shadows.

Could someone give specific directions to the moss knob range?  I assume it's a national forest range.

Thanks.

Take Hwy 107S past the campus of WCU.  Make a right turn on to Cullowhee Mtn Rd.  Turn off Cullowhee Mtn on to Tilley Creek Rd. Follow Tilley Creek approx 6mi and make a left on Goodletsville Mine Rd (I think that's the name). This will be a gravel rd and you want to follow it for approx 1mi and stay to your left when it splits.  Follow for another 1mi or so and the entrance to range is on your right.  And to answer your original question I go to both ranges on occasion. I live in Haywood and work in Jackson and what range I go to depends on where I am when I decide to go shoot.
