| I've heard of nothing of the sort. A change like that would be a major shake up in the CPL law and it would have been all over the news. The guy sounds like he is just trying to scare your buddy into signing up now, as opposed to waiting for a later date (buy these things now! Before they're banned!) D-Bag move in my book, but its his reputation not mine. |
