well sort of  first we need fire  caveman style   now we boil up some water  a nice cup of coffee to start with  now time for dinner , today we have freeze dried spag bol  and it was only out of date by 2 years   its just add hot water and stand but i chucked it all back in the pot to keep it hot  dinner is served, spag bol , coffee and a pack of 4 year out of date rat pack fruit biscuits  the end  |

I'll freeze most of it and can then be very quickly turned into chilli, lasagne or anything with that sort of base. It's always better cooked for hours (at least 6) slowly at the back of the stove stiring every 30-45 mins or so, and it's even better when it's heated up again out of the freezer! |

This link says 24-30kg I know it wasn't that heavy as HMB carried it back on his shoulders and I lifted it into the back of the Land Rover It was a good evening with the deer, the fox and a hare |
