I have been teaching my son the art of cooking in a smoker. Everyone should have a 14 year old and a smoker. Today he made us cheddar stuffed chicken thighs wrapped in Bacon. He used some of the rub I mixed for pork shoulders and brushed on some sauce the last hour or so of smoking. Used mostly hickory and a little mesquite for smoke. If he keeps this up he will be better than me on the smoker in no time, at least that is what I am hoping for haha. I love passing stuff like this on to the boy, it sure does make a dad proud when he is happy to learn it.

When I get on the laptop, I will put a pic up. I only took one, they looked too good to do anything other than get them in my belly. My phone is fighting with me trying to share a pic right now.
