Calendar shows that there's a First Aid/CPR/AED (Professional Level) class this Saturday (9 MAR)
for $110 being held at the Fredericksburg office of the American Red Cross. Maybe more than you'd want, but it's an idea. Link if interested |
| Check with one of your local vol Rescue Squad units. They will know the when and where's, you might want to go with an EMT Class, I was cross trained as a combat medic before I went to Vietnam and 10 years after I came back I did an EMT Class and it was well worth the time. I ran on crew for a few years and got the practicals to go with it. I have done an EMT Class every ten years up until about 13 years ago. Age was starting to catch up to me. Its worth the time, you meet some great guys who are adreniln junkies too and many of them are shooters. |
