Hi. Currently live in Mississippi. If for some reason, my job relocated me to the Chicago area, and this is a broad area in my terms. No office, working from my home so just has to be close, what am I looking at as far as firearms laws? Im used to MS. You can own and buy and carry what you want. Could I bring my firearms? Would you recomend somewhere? Nothing for sure, just an opening i was looking at.

You MUST get a FOID card. Firearms Owners ID Card. Need it to possess any firearms or ammo or to buy either. Stay away from Chicago and Cook County. Assault Weapons and large capacity mags illegal. NO CONCEALED CARRY or open carry. |
