Hello everyone, I from Illinois and am planning a trip out to Mich towards the end of April. I was wondering what the laws are for transporting ars handguns and whether or not I can keep my mags loaded or unloaded. Thanks |

I belive that the pistol must be in a locked case, separate from the ammuniton, and in a compartment that is unaccesable while driving. e.g. the trunk. I am not sure on the mags though. I have always rolled with my mags unloaded just incase, as I feel it will make for a much shorter detention. |
