Now to be fair a lot of people are saying this guy is full of shit, I'm not going to get into that controversy I just want to mention that I have heard reports of Quicken trusts coming back later and biting you in the ass.

There were a number of threads over in the NFA forum, you may want to poke around a little over there.

This is also a tag for later as in the next year or so I will be needing an attorney to help me with my NFA LLC.

My NFA Trust was written by me, and edited by one of the top 100 lawyers in America, who specializes in Estate Planning and Taxation. Dad (yup, Dad is the lawyer), said that I did a fine job on the trust and it is perfect for NFA items.
