glad i'm no tthe only minnesotan that doesn't fish...i wet a line once and a while, but don't consider myself a fisherman. well, i didn't get out shooting, but my wife dragged me around looking at new shotguns for her. she picked up a Mossberg 9200 for $199.....she haggled them down herself! it looks like it was all ready set-up for a woman trap shooter...which is what she bought it for (a little sporting clays also).advntrjnky |
I'll fish a bit in the ditch with my lil girl, but not all hell bent like some others. Sure do wish all them city folks headed up 169 would learn to take the left lane when sombody is trying to get out off a side street. Or don't, I've got a really big bumper....

| The best fishing is right out your back door. The red lake river is some of the most relaxing fishing in the world. All you need is some heavy test line, a heavy sinker and just a plain old hook tipped with a night crawler. Just cast it out and let is soak for a while in a y stick. Cat fishing rules!!!!! |
Hmmmmm.. I fished Fri at midnight.. Got up sat. and fished for 3 more hours... Tooka nap and went to the woods and fired about 3-400 rounds ut of the 45. fished again sat nite and shot the weatherby sun morning.... I guess I'm just too well rounded. I managed to get in fishing and shooting.
