seem a bit dim asking ...........hats
Lets say you bought a section one shotgun , then 200 12g slugs, & 1000  .223 rounds & a .22 rifle. How would this all go down at Uk Customs .............

so will the Euro dealer enter in info on my FAC ?? or is that down to Uk customs ?? or down to me to inform the Police ???

You can't just go and buy a gun. An export license will be required for the country you are buying from.

As for entering it on your license, that's your responsibility

IIRC, you need a Section 7 authority and EU Firearms Pass from the BiB here, go to the EU, as long as it's UK legal they will sell it to you. When you arrive at Customs you tell the bored geezer ignoring all the Illegal Immigrants streaming off the boat you need him to enter your shooter on your Certificate for you.

Everytime I have brought stuff in the bored chap or chapess have not bothered to enter anything on the FAC.
However it is logged!
So if this happens to you just notify your licensing dept as per any other purchase and state the import information (flight number date etc etc).
They will then update as required.
