I'm in the same boat as you. I've got a similar post on multiple forums. I'll let you know if I hear of anything. Seems like SE WI could use a nicer outdoor range or a club that doesn't require volunteer hours. I've always found McMiller to be pretty nice. Granted, it's not private but it's probably one of the nicest public ranges I've been to. |
| I do enjoy McMiller's, in fact we are about 10 minutes away. What my wife and I are looking for is a place to target shoot non-paper targets and hand tossed clays. My wife has finally really started enjoying shooting and carries daily now but she always wants more practice. Practice at things you can't do at McMiller's. Holster work, shooting watermelons, metal reactive targets, tactical type reloading etc. Aside from all of that with the stigma of being a gun owner it would be nice to be able to hang out with like minded folk too! |
