Im a newbie... Lets say i go to WA for a few weeks and i buy a bushy Carbon 15 and add a Prince50 kit to it... is it legal for me to do that and come back to PRK? or should i just find a carbon 15 lower and build? |

Can't buy it and bring it back. At least not legally. If you are a CA resident, to buy from a dealer out of state, they'd have to conform to gun laws of both states, which would mean they would have to DROS you. Which they aren't set up to do. Just find one in CA. |
