yes i have read the tacked post.
anyways, i am looking at creating an LLC for NFA. what i am trying to decide about is if i want to do an LLC or a LLC owned by a trust. anyone have any info on the later? from my understanding with the trust you can freely add or remove members without haivng to deal with how it effects the LLC (going from a single manager to mulltiple managers, etc). if i am right does anyone have any good info on creating a trust in MO? |
