My understanding there still not legal HUH? my understanding is they are legal if registered as before the new bill Registered where? Uppers are uppers Mikey. Go to town. Suppressors are legal. Protip from an economist. Buy or transfer one through a dealer who you know will not go out of business because of all this bullshit, because it's going to be living there for 6-7 months while the ATF gets to your paperwork. |

Thanks again Dan. Yea a I plan to get the sdn6 from JoJo's once the ATF no longer needs the CLEO sign off sometime this summer. Although my Chief recently signed for the SBR, I would rather avoid the hassle this time. As for the upper-time to begin another online shopping spree endeavor |

I don't think we fully understand the spare parts to form a AW section of the bill yet. madsmith over on ctgt brought up a good point. there was court case regarding MGs. it basically said that it was legal to own ARs and M16s at the same time. although with some skill you could make an AR full auto. and just a point, how many guys over the past years, had prebabs and postbans? you could of easily swapped uppers and be illegal. and we had somewhat, if not the same wordage regarding parts |
