Lumpy, if this is not appropriate, please delete.

I'm finally back in a position where I can offer my reloading classes on a more regular basis.
I've been teaching this class for the past 1 1/2 years and have introduced a lot of people to the world of reloading.
This is NOT the NRA course. We get our hands on the machines and make ammo!
We will be using RCBS single stage presses. You will learn the basics of reloading and gain the confidence to set up and use your own equipment.
You will also be introduced to Dillon progressive machines, various powder measuring methods, brass preparation methods, ect.
There will be no more than 4 students per class and the class usually runs about 5-6 hours.
You will be issued a copy of the Lyman Reloading manual that is yours to keep.

Fee for the class is $100.00 paid in advance.

Location is:

Centennial Co.
105 Fairbanks #2
Marine City, MI 48039
1-810-765-6454

Current dates are:

Saturday, May 2 at 1:00pm
Sunday, May 3 at 1:00pm

Other dates will be added soon.

All the more reason to take up reloading!
It can cut your ammo costs by 40-70%

I have a request in with Staff to see if this falls under training, which I believe to be OK to post about. As soon as I hear back from someone, I will unlock this if it is OK. Until then, I am going to lock it to prevent "cute" posts.

I checked with staff about this post and they state this thread does not violate the rules and that it falls under training.

Posts regarding training are allowed provided they do not become unreasonable (aka spam).

I took this class with Kurt a couple yeas ago.  It provided some good hands on time with the equipment and components.  I am now on my second year of reloading for my service rifle league.  After several thousands of rounds the class and equipment has pretty much paid for itself.

I do believe I will try to make this.

<––––––-obsessive compulsive reloader  If it's centerfire, we reload it around our place.

Folks if you are even considering trying to roll your own, I urge you to take some training with an experienced coach.  There is a great degree of self satisfaction when you complete your first round, 100th round, 1000th......10,000th.... after that you kinda lose track.

Get into it and you won't run out of ammo & you won't have to worry about ammo shortages.

Wish somebody would offer something like this on the other side of the state, that is a little far to drive.
