so some people came over to my buds house and stole creditcards and what ever last night, found out today and everything has been fixed. but they took my HTC EVO do any of you ninja folk know if I can track that phone to find it?

The guys in the tech forum might have some additional tools. I loaded the "find my iphone app" on my phone. Now I can see where my phone or my wife's is. Obviously it only works if it is turned on though.

Check with your carrier, when my daughter's Sprint phone was stolen, I was able to turn on their family locator service on a trial basis and find where it had been taken (only works if they leave the phone on, of course).

For your next phone, I strongly recommend something like https://www.mylookout.com/. I've never had a phone lost or stolen, but it allows you to locate a phone, lock it and even delete data.

I downloaded over the air Plan B for android, auto sends over email a map of my phones location, turns out my phone was one of the few things that were not stolen... but yea

for the droids if you lose your phone download that app off the android market with your computer, and the phone sends you its location

Stupid crooks! My oldest son's office was burglarized a couple months ago.. Thieves took several Ipads. Yep, son led police right to thieves, and everything was recovered...PLUS, one of the thieves was tazed mid-air, as he was jumping out of a window of dey house.

I cant believe people do that shit though, its bad enough to steal a couple bucks from someone...but ID and credit cards!?!?!? and with what she did with the cards I'm told is several felonies.
