Can you believe this talktalk broadband, not only dodgy email service last week but the broadband it self has got slower and slower, their so called upto 8MB has never got over 1.5MB,quite often 1MB, last week down to rougthly 220KB ,tonight around 147KB. i know it's free but feck it ,it's driving me up the wall !!!!!!!!!!!! ..phil [feeling like headbutting the dam screen].

Sounds like a bad case of traffic shaping.... Their servers cannot andle the load at peak times, so they "water down" the service to everyone....

Funnily enough BT, Virgin, AOL & TalkTalk are all on the Traffic Shaping list... |

Thats pretty slow to warrant the double smileys!! Mines 3.7Mbps and 0.8Mbps, and I live in the middle of nowhere! |
