coming to orlando again this year, is there anywhere i can dio a parachute jump or a bungie jump ?

I don't know about bungee jumping. Skydive city in Zephyrhills is a very popular skydiving facility, an hour or so from Orlando.

Skydive Deland is 45 minutes Northwest of Orlando, been around a long time, you can also come down where the rockets go up, within sight of Kennedy Space Center at Skydive Space Center.

Couple other options for you to consider.

Also, not sure about bungee jumping, but there's some horrific Slingshot Bungee contraption out on International Drive in Orlando where they strap you in and shoot you into the sky on bungee cords, if that's your cup o' tea. This Here
