maybe I'm dumb , what is the difference between AR-15.com and weaponsfourms.com?

Some businesses subscribe to web blocking software to prevent their employees from surfing "bad" web sites while at work. ar15.com was on some of those lists. The owners of the site then went and got http://www.jobrelatedstuff.com in addition to ar15.com in an attempt to get around those blocks so people could still get here at work. I'm guessing weaponforums.com was probably a similiar attempt, or maybe they just liked that name to...who knows? Nevertheless, they both point to the same website. The only difference is, is that the cookies for one name aren't recognized by the other names, so if you're logged into one of the names, you're not necessarily logged into the others. |
