| Does anyone know anything about it or about the equipment I have inherited 2 new wind surf boards and sails and dont know if I want to either sell them or try it out. Any info would be great and if somone knows where I can sell them that would be great too. |

If they are "floaters" you should try them out. It is fairly easy to learn and a lot of fun.
If they are "sinkers" you would be best to trade them, these are harder to learn on/use. If it is a massive board that is about 8 feet long =/-, it is most likely a floater. This is one you can stand on with out having to be moving, they usuually will have a hindged skeg in the middle. If it is a shorter board (smaller surf board size) it is probably a sinker. You can not stand on it without being in motion. With a floater, you can get up on the board, pull up the sail and turn it into the wind to get going, with a sinker, you have to lay in the water and lift up the sale, it will catch wind and get you going/pull you up on the board simultaniously. If you find you don't want to keep them, try craigslist. It is free. |
