i just got denied.i have 2 dui"is that a disqualifier in maryland?i am an 82nd airborne veteran.all i want is to own the rifle i carried.been sober 7 years.how do i fight this?

2 alcohol offenses in 10 years disqualifies you, iirc.

If enough time has past since DUI per the state statute, you may expunge it from your record, but you will have to petition the court(s) to have the information removed.

Spend a couple of hundred and lawyer up. Might save you time and money in the long run. Wish you luck. You are missing out on the fun and and a great rifle.
