Hired temps just to process mag orders so non-mag, regular customers could get processed. Some staff worked through the Christmas holidays. Gonna roll the dice and hope my 12/19 mag order makes it through the system soon. |

Just got my "SHIPPED" email notice!!! |

yea, they screwed mine up also. not shipping first come first serve and now my order was listed as being picked for last couple days. called and was told they had issues with that alot the last few days.
I dont care I just need to know its shipping and not showing being picked all week. |

I back ordered some Pmags from Brownells on 12/21 and immediately got a email order confirmation and today (12/26) I got a invoice via email from them... but the invoice doesn't really say anything new. Is it normal for them to email a order confirmation and then email a invoice if they haven't shipped yet? Sorry, for being a noob this is my first time ordering from brownells. |

As of 7:45CST this morning....

So, at least some of 12/19's orders have been shipped by the end of today's business day, maybe more. |

| I can say I am very dissatisfied with Brownells over this whole ordeal. I placed an order for 10-30rd Pmags and 10-20rd Pmags on 12/18. It showed on my order where the 30rd mags were cancelled. I talked to Customer Service who said they were in fact cancelled but couldn't tell me why. Later on I checked my account and they were showing to be on backorder and not cancelled. I again tried to contact Customer Service by phone and it was busy. I sent an email to verify whether they were in fact cancelled or still on backorder. They took that as me wanting to cancel the order, and cancelled the 30rd mags. I was not happy, but at least the 20rd were still on backorder. I just got an email from them saying the particular model 20rd I ordered were discontinued, and there was a new part number I could order. Instead of going ahead and giving me the newer model they cancelled my order for the 20rd mags. Now the new model 20rd mags they told me to get are backordered with no option to backorder. |

I ordered 8 PMags on 12/17 from Brownells. 2 30rd, 2 20rd, and 4 30rd windowed. I got a shipping confirmation on the 2 30rds and 2 20rds yesterday but my 4 30rd windows may be a while coming. I have more than enough now but felt the need to be a mag whore I guess. |

I have orders in for brownells tactical mags and pmags and you would think that since they say they make the brownells mags they would at least know the eta on them but they say they dont know. dont bother them with calls and emails its just slowing them down and you wont like the answer you get. I called 3 times and 3 different answers and none were good. emails went unanswered. I will just sit tight and hope I hear something soon.
what got to me was when people who ordered the same item after I did got theirs already so they have gotten off the path a bit but hey , who could have seen this coming at that exact day. I think we all knew eventually something was going to happen but the way it went down caught every one by suprise and no one was ready for it. I even placed another back order yesterday to keep my supply coming because at some point they will restrict 30 round mags and if you dont think so I sure hope your right. |
| I trust Brownells to get me the product i've ordered. I can't even get any order history to load on my account but I'm not worried. I have a confirmation e-mail and Back order confirmation so I'll get my stuff when I get it. I'm really glad I do not work there. |

I also placed an order on 12/18 for five 30 round PMags and three 20 round PMags. When I ordered they showed in stock, however I got a backorder notice shortly after. The info in this thread makes me hopeful. I have no ETA from Botach on the 10 pack of 30 rounders I ordered from them. Also showed in stock at the time and ended up being backordered.
The five 30 rounders I snagged from Turk's Tactical should be in the mail though. |

Yeah, you got lucky, I ordered the 10 pack Pmag Gen 2 black on the 20th and got an confirmation of backordered on the 21st. It's interesting that you have already gotten a shipping confirmation email since your order was placed after mine. I checked my credit card and they have not yet charged it. Is there anyone else who ordered on the 20th and 21st have already received shipping confirmation from Brownelll?

I ordered on December 19th in the morning, then again in the evening, then again on December 20th. I ordered the 10 pack of Pmags each time.
I have order confirmation emails and invoice emails but nothing in my history when I log in. I sent an email 3 days ago and no response. I think I'm in limbo-land or forgotten. |

You'd think these guys would get tired of answering 1000 phone calls per day of us asking where our mags are. They should just post it on their website, or send out a mass email. Example: "PeeMag orders from 12/17 now being packaged, orders from 12/18 will be packaged with our new shipment expected in February" or something. |

Ordered a 10-pack each of M3 windowed and Brownell's 30s with MP followers and Ranger floorplates on an open account from policestore.com on 12/23. Don't expect anything for a while but am not concerned considering if they don't ship, they don't charge. For the prices listed and the free shipping code, I can wait.

has anyone that received an email with what looks to be a scanned back order document ? I got this after my order confirmation email and have not heard a think since, I ordered on the 12/19 around noon.
