| I purchased a Aimpoint T1, Larue high mount, and a Alpha helmet from TNVC. Over all I like my products I purchased. I was told I would get a 20 dollar discount because I was a forum member. I never got the discount I was charged full price (no big deal). So I called that I was overcharged, and then I was told the 20 dollar discount was only 10 due to shipping ( no big deal), but I never got the 10 dollar credited back to my account. Kinda disappointing, but I like the products I purchased. Would I purchase again? I dunno. Time will tell. I love the Aimpoint T1, I did want a Aimpoint M4S, but I think the Aimpoint T1 grew on me. I also really like the helmet it is extremely light, and fits well. No complaints on the products at all. Just my 2 cents. I cant wait for spring. |

We probably forgot about the discount, but would glad take care of this. We deal with a few customers every day to say the least and our feedback around here is what we're proud of. I do remember you now, you did call 3 or 4 times to see if your order was shipping the same day you ordered and we put you ahead of 23 other folks to get the helmet out as quickly as we could. Please do email me at [email protected] for the $10.00 credit as it seems we forgot, no excuses, I'll take the blame. Hope this helps.

No its cool no biggie, and in defend of Vic, it was not Vic I was dealing with on my items I purchased. I purchased a Aimpoint T1, Larue mount, and a Alpha helmet. Chip informed me I would be getting 20 dollars off, and when I checked my bank I was charged the full amount. So I called a few times over the weekend, and I did not get a response back for a few days. It only appears to have been resolved once I posted my feed back. Granted I did try everything else to have it resolved before the posting. Its not the dollar amount in question that was the problem it was the deal with not kept as agreed prior to money exchanging hands. |
