Will any of the other mounting options besides the cantilever mount work to co-witness a AR15? It says " You must select one of the 2 high mount upgrade options below to use with an AR15." I'm not sure which other mount out of the three will work. Thanks.

That is the only one in the drop down menu that is AR height. Any mount for the 30mm body Aimpoints will work. ADM, Bobro, LaRue
The cantilever is the one shown in the first photo. Right height and moves it forward enough to leave room for a magnifier.
