See if I understand this right, with the 458 socom upper I can use my 5.56 lower? So if I buy this complete upper I will have two rifles in one per say my complete 5.56 and then change uppers to the .458 and away I go? Greg "Tweeder" Tweedy

That is correct. It is a direct replacement upper half. No modifications required to either the lower or the magazine. Steve/RRA

Be aware that the 458 SOCOM may will most likely auto collapse a collapsible stock. The only stock I have had work for me is the Magpul M93B
