Is there a 16 inch barrel that is .625 the entire length? I would prefer a barrel assy with FSB installed, but a complete upper may be a option.

We do not make such a barrel. There would need to be, at the very least, a larger section at the chamber, and to locate the gas block. Our current Pencil barrel is about a thin as you will want to get.
