I have noticed that Colt doesn't seem to be shipping the LE6920s with muzzle covers and barrel wicks.
The  older classic Colts always came with these two minor, but nice features.

Anyone receiving 6920s with either of these?

None of mine came with a wick but an MT6400 that I bought did. What is the purpose of that wick anyways?

They are coated in oil, to keep the bore lubricated during shipping/storage, I guess.

Mine didn't appear to need any oil. The whole thing was dripping in it.

It's called a "Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor" the small tube is placed inside of the barrel to prevent rust during storage and shipping, it's a nice feature to keep firearm barrels rust free.
