I have the PA 30mm Red dot and I'm considering the 6x magnifier with a flip to side mount but I don't see a lot of people sporting that...why is that?
Also, is it adjustable to 6x or is it set at 6x? Thanks |

i own both the 6x and 3x magnifiers from pa and i use la-raue tactical mounts and adm swing out mounts.
very nice magnifiers. 3x with long eye relief is really nice because you don't have to keep your eye right next to the charging handle. 6x is a lot nicer at 100 yards but you need to have your eye and hands ready for recoil or you're going to have a black eye. primary arms are stand up guys. i love the company and they have awesome support. no wonder why they are from tx. word of experience - if you choose to go with the primary arms 6x it requires a different mount than their 3x does because of the length of tube/tube head. aimpoint on a larue mount and primary arms 6x with an american defense mach.
