| Update. I finally got my rifle back for repair in regards to a blemish on the upper receiver. The issue is resolved. Lessons learned. AAC does not treat their rifles and non nfa items the same for warranty purposes as their suppressors. Bottom line if you think you are buying the same AAC warranty and service your suppressor has you are not. My brand new gun was off for repair for just over 6 weeks. Also your repair doesn't go to AAC, but to an authorized repair center if it isn't an nfa item. I have seen first hand the difference in the service as I also had a suppressor repaired by AAC a while back, which was a positive experience. Regretably I was not satisfied with the entire situation in regards to my rifle. |
| Sorry for the issues with your MPW, you are correct the long guns are not repaired at the factory as its not NFA and doesn't require any special tools or procedures to repair. We work with local authorized repair centers on the long gun repairs and just like anything else sometimes issues come up out of our control. We thank you for your patience and support. |
