Can one order a Enhanced ACR folding stock from you guys?  I am tired as fuck with waiting on Bushmaster to release them.

I reckon that Remington/Bushmaster has OEM'd those stocks, which would prevent others––including Magpul––from offering them without license from Remington/Bushmaster. Depending on what patents are applicable and who owns any applicable patents though, Magpul might be able to design and produce a different ACR-compatible stock. But I don't know that they'd want to do that. The short-term profitability of such a project is simply not there.

ETA ... This is all guess work; but it is how other industries work.

Didn't Justin say Magpul would not only be producing, but also selling the polymer ACR parts? That would include stocks, handguards, lowers.

The thing's got the Magpul logo all over it as it is, so I don't think BM/Rem would have an issue with it.

Mine comes today. Had to wait for Magpul to send to BM to b sent to me. I bet all the current ACR furniture will b available through BM soon.

I don't think they will define soon for reasons they have stated many times, but I would guess a month or two.  I'm just hoping for rifle length ACR polymer handguards

Looking for a black PRS stock, trigger pack housing and basic handguards in normal and rifle length for the ACR.

I called BM. BM DIDN'T HAVE ANY STOCKS AVAILABLE. They were pre-orders ONLY. The stocks will ship within the next 8-10 weeks. I asked if my card was charged. I was told NO, but will when it ships.

lousy way of doing business IMO.
