How tight is your ACS using the friction lock? I have one and it has almost as much wiggle as my MOE. My CTR locks up tight, shouldn't my ACS do the same?

Mine locks like a rock one click back, a little loose full forward.

^^Yep, same here. A small wiggle fully collapsed, rock solid on all other positions.

Could it be possible you have a Mil-Spec tube and a Commercial Spec ACS?  Would this cause the wiggle?

Locks down solid in all positions except fully forward.

It has the same side to side play no matter what position it is in. It might be 1/8" and it is only side to side, not up and down. My mil-spec CTR locks up solid on the same buffer tube.

If thats the case you could always use the velcro trick inside the stock body, that seems to solve the problem.

A super tiny titch of wobble, but tons less than the standard 6-pos.
