No all ACSS reticles are laser etched. Unless your refering to the upcoming ACSS micro then probably

It shouldn't on the scopes. I never had an issue with mine and all red dots appear slightly off to me.

I'd be interested in seeing how the ACSS red dot will look to my eyes.

There's no such thing as "true parallax free". If there's glass, there will be parallax. It will likely be like the MD-ADS and Holosun dots which are very similar to Aimpoints. Most companies consider anything under 50 yards parallax free.

It's a red dot sight, so no. No red dots are laser etched. Scopes are.
