Do the AMD65s that AIM sells have a sling loop on the left side of the receiver?

Got mine in today. The build looks great, everything is super tight and smooth. I just have a question on the finish. It looks like the bake on engine paint that didn't get baked, is this right? It is very soft, I can scratch it with my fingernail.

That's the truth. Mine is straight, reliable, sighted-in out of the box, etc. But the finish already looks like a battlefield pickup and it has been taken in/out of a case a few times and has 200 rounds through it.
