Basically my problem seems to be that the PRS stock refuses to seat over the last inch or so of the receiver extension. I have loosened both sling loops and lubricated the extension, still nothing.
What am I screwing up? I'm fully expecting to feel stupid after this is resolved.

No, Stickman, I was not.
I did figure it out though. Well, I shouldn't say I figured it out. I got the thing on without having to butcher anything and that's the important part. I played around with the cheek riser and loosened both sling loops until only a few threads were engaged. |
