Are MI quad rail handguards any more durable than the M-LOK?

in what way??

if your going to be running over em with a m1 abrams main battle tank i would say they would equally fail...

if your going to use em in training classes, range time, hunting, and/or home defense they would all do superbly.

just my opinion.

In what way? In practical terms. I am looking for a realistic point of view. These handguards would shatter if they were run over by a vehicle, let alone a tank, but that's not my concern.

then they will be fine for pretty much any application you put em through.   i have a quad picatinny mi rail and two mlok g3 rails have yet to break any of them.

some people have unrealistic expectations of gear.  after all, the web is repleat with people shooting guns underwater stuffing them full of wierd things and expectin them to operate in ridiculous condition.

just not sure which side of the fence you were on since you did not specify.

Thanks for your input! I own both myself and haven't had any problems. I'm curious to get MI's input on this, as they have tested both products extensively.

Both types hold up to any normal or duty type applications . I don't fully understand . What are you worried about them not holding up to?

Thank you for your response! I'm not worried about them not holding up. I was just curious if the T-Series would hold up better since it weighs more.

There is one concern with regards to mounting a weapon light on the G3 MLOK. Some people are not capable of mounting an Inforce or Streamlight TLR series weapon light at the 45 degree slot. From what I read, there is not enough space between the polymer rail and handguard. Are you aware if this is an issue?
