I called today to ask about a billing question and the lady I talked with (Pam?) was extremely helpful. I was just asking to get some general billing info regarding how the charges work and stuff, she then asks me what my acct number was. Well, I didn't plan on checking on my order, figuring I'd be in for a long wait again (thoughts of Obamageddon once again in my head thanks to all the ordering I imagined that the Black Rifle Friday thing would cause). Instead she used my name to look up my order and informed me that my Kit was being built as we spoke. I commented on the speed of this, and instead of getting a short "Keep it moving" reply, we talked for a few seconds about how crazy things were after the election. It was nice to have a human on the other end of the phone, and not just someone who answers them (if you get my drift).
Well done Del-Ton on hiring great customer service people. However, now it's even more excruciating waiting knowing I have days to wait instead of months....
