I just wanted everyone to know that Vortex has absolutely the best customer service ive ever experienced.I had a problem with my strike fire that I bought from midway usa..I called the folks at vortex and they told me to send it in.Telling them id be satisfied if they could just fix mine they sent me a brand new one...now thats customer service..very impressed and very happy thanks Vortex you guys will see more buisness from me.Other companies should take a note from Vortex on how they do buisness...you folks are the best and thanks much....Dave

Sam I only wish other companies would be like this.You guys really care about the customer and thats worth alot to me..as a customer it makes me want to support a company back with spending my money with you guys when I have an optic need

I must also say that "Vortex" is top notch! Very respectful, courteous & professional. They take a lot of pride with their customers & take very good care of them.

+1 for stellar customer service. I thought my strikefire was boosted, turns out I'm just going blind. It was a bittersweet moment, like Yayyy, my highly sought after red dot is not broken!! But booo, I'm effing going blind.

Personally, I would rank who I prefer to hear my customer service advice from as follows 1.) a hot-sounding female, 2.) a southern-sounding female, or 3.) a female with a Sarah Palin/Fargo accent, 4.) a dude. I will not hold this against Vortex, who had a dude call me. He was a nice dude though.

That is the reason I bought my strikefire. They have great CS and I didn't feel worried at all about buying one of their products because I knew I would be covered.
