I placed a order on 02/09 for a PSA Heavy barrel mid upper, and got a tracking number on 02/10. Today I checked UPS again and it says that my package should be here on 02/17 by the end of the day. Lets see what happens.

Does it actually say shipped by UPS or just in the system?
I ordered parts and ammo on 2/12. got shipping notice today. saw that it went into UPS yesterday and should be here tomorrow. Yay!
still waiting for parts to get back in stock to order another rifle kit. |

Palmetto has stated that when the order is being processed the tracking is generated.
Which sadly doesn't mean your order is going out right away, it still may be a few days away till it actually ships. Sorry guys. 
Edit: I forgot to add that generally it's the uppers that need to be assembled that don't go out right away. |
