I spoke to Justin today and I, to say the least, it was a great experience. He was nice, calm and didn't rush me off the phone and helped me with my order even though I know they are busy as hell. I was surprised they were working too since it is a holiday.
Thanks for helping me out Justin and sorry for being a pain in the ass. |

Justin called me on my cell to help out with an order. I called around 2:30pm, and had a call back that night. Seeing how busy they are, this was very impressive. He is top notch in my book.
