Just wanted to give you guys some kudos over my recent order; one of the items I ordered was defective from the mfgr (blowout bag with flap stitched shut).
I emailed asking about the return procedure on a Saturday, Sunday night got an email that a replacement with return postage was shipping out the next day. The replacement arrived today (slow Post Office!), and the return goes back tomorrow. Thanks so much for jumping on the return at a time when I'm sure you're swamped; great job! |
