I have called at least two dozen times and they don't answer.  I had every intention of spending a $1,000-1,500 with them, but it's not gonna happen if I can't speak to a real human being.  The least they could do is have some guy in India named "Jeff" taking phone calls.

Short answer: No.

Long answer: One order I called for 4 days straight for a couple hours each day and got nothing, and then the next order I had I got through on the first time. The most recent order I had a problem with it only took two days to answer the phone...

But you should email them, since that's the best way to contact them according to the sticky!

I called monday 2 times in regards to an order i had placed the week before.  The first time got the machine saying call back later. I called back 10 seconds later, and got a person immediately.. this was between 9-11 am . EST.  So you can try that if you wish.

You, in my opinion should still order. they're a good company. Even with the growing pains.

So far the only way I can get them is to email and wait 3-5 days. Ridiculous, IMO.

If they're not going to answer the phone, they should at least have the decency to say so, instead of wasting my damn time making me call over and over for nothing.  To me, this tells me they don't value my time.

Because of all the good buzz, I went ahead and ordered the upper I wanted before it became "out of stock", and figured with their 3 week lead-time, I would have time to get in touch with them regarding a free-float handguard that they offer on a different upper.  3-5 days later they tell me I'm limited to the options in the drop-down.  So I told them, reluctantly, that I would take that one.  Now, another 3-5 days later, they are telling me I can't change my order once it's placed.

I've bought a LOT of guns over the years, and I even ran a gun shop for almost 10.  In all that time, I've never seen such an unorganized, unfriendly and inconsiderate outfit.  The PSA fan boys can talk all the shit they want about outfits like Noveske, but I tell you what - they built me a rifle EXACTLY how I wanted it, and even finished it in the color I wanted and you know what, I felt like I got MORE than my money's worth.

I don't know, maybe I just like to be treated like my business is appreciated...not like I'm lucky to be dealing with them.

If their service sucks this badly, they better at least be able to deliver the goods...

Oh, we have a smart guy.

It wasn't my gun shop. I just managed it.  I moved on to open my own business in another industry.  After only 6 years, my company is #3 in the world at what we do.  The bigger two have been around for 20-30 years.  We're gaining on them.   My business is still having growing pains itself, but I think I do OK....I have a 100 yard shooting range in my back yard, a pool IN my house and a Mercedes in my garage, which I wrote a check for.

Apparently my business plan does work, and it doesn't include dicking my customers around.

So, did you have anything else to add, or would you like to move on to a topic you actually know something about?

I'm damn proud of my accomplishments, but hey...if it makes you feel better about your own shortcomings to tell yourself guys like me are dickheads, then go right ahead.  I can't really relate with jealous folks.

Fact is, I'm damn good at what I do, and I still know what the hell I'm talking about.

I drive a Maserati
I'm a black belt in Karate
And I love a good glass of wine

It turns girls on that I'm mysterious
I tell 'em I don't want nothing serious

Chat with two women at one time

Hahaha!!!

I didn't get where I am by being dumb enough to share my personal information with some anonymous guy who likes to argue about assault rifles on the internet.

That's OK.  You can tell yourself I'm lying.  I'll try not to cry about that while I'm out on the back deck checking my zero for deer season.

They're openly supporting the 2nd Ammendment....seriously?  You don't think that might be because they SELL guns for a LIVING? lol

The same could be said for every other rifle maker, but I don't have to call them 80 times to get an answer when I spend my hard earned money with them.

You could also look at it like this....PSA is understaffed consistently when it comes to answering customer phone calls and emails, and therefore they are basically sacrificing AMERICAN JOBS and the happiness of their customers, all in order to make a little more money! (That's a joke...if you get to be ridiculous, so do I!)

Look man - I'm not trying to hurt anyone's business...I was just asking for others to share their experiences and stating my opinion on the matter.

I guess I could've been more clear.  For my money, cheap doesn't always mean the best deal.  I could have gotten a Noveske Rogue Hunter upper for $300 more than I'll have tied up in this thing...and I could've had it a week ago.

Oh it's real.  My company name has my full name in it.  If you knew the name of the company, you'd know exactly who I am...not gonna happen.

I really don't care to prove anything to an anonymous keyboard jockey anyway, but I'm flattered you think my life is too good to be true.  I tell ya what, though....If I were making shit up, there would be a Ferrari in the garage next to the Mercedes and the truck...and my little 100 yard shooting range would be 600 yards.

Point of all this being - if someone wants to shoot holes in what I say, based on the premise that I don't know what I'm talking about, they need to hope we're on a topic other than guns and business.

Every good business gets a lot of phone calls.  Yours is one of the only I've ever seen that takes such a long time to correspond with customers.

Your problem is that you're obviously understaffed, or your customer service staff is inefficient...talk times are too long.  Making customers wait several days for a one sentence email isn't my idea of a good solution, but do what works for you.  There are obviously folks who shop solely based on price, and to those folks, you can do no wrong.  Apparently I'm not one of them because I'd much rather pay more and be treated like my business matters.

Again, I'm pretty sure profit was the motive there.  If all proceeds were donated to the NRA, then I'll retract that statement.
