I cant login to my account to check out/check on my past orders etc.
I tried to reset the password through email and when I follow the link it takes me to a broken homepage.

For whatever reason, your email address is probably linked to a deleted account. Sounds like we may have had duplicate accounts for you that never got reconciled.
