I've had the jones for a 16" middie set-up lately. I was considering one of the group-buy barrels but got cold feet when I saw the issues with them even though i know they will function fine as is. Nobody seems to have chrome lined middie barrels or uppers in stock anywhere. I have read neumerous reports about Addco's fine service so I checked their sight and found that they have the RRA SS 1/8 mid-length uppers in stock and for a fantastic price. I ordered one on 4/28 and requested to have the barrel KG coated black. I expeced a two week wait for the job to be complete since that seems to be an average lead time for this type of job elsewhere. Much to my suprise I found out last night that my upper will be shipping today! I can't wait to get this carbine together and head to the range. I'll post pic's and a full review when time permits.
