Finally got my BAD from AIM and it doesn't want to fit   !!  Putting it on a Rock River lower and the holes just won't line up.  Do I have a bad BAD or a screwy bolt catch? Too frustrated to post pics at the moment, but when the teeth finally do bite the screw is at an angle.  Input appreciated !!

Me too but I made it work.  I took off the bolt catch and filed it down so that it would fit.  You are going to need a punch to remove the pin.  Ideally a roll punch but any type should work.  Tap lightly and you might want to tape up the area.  I didn't but I'm not to concerned with scratches.

My lpk was a RRA as well

had thought about taking the dremel grinder to the catch, may be the way to go if it's a RRA LPK issue.  not as concerned with pretty as I am with function

I'd be careful with a dremel.  Couple swipes of the file was all that I needed.  Just need to make it more oval to fit the BAD.

If too much work I'll take it off your hands.

Try putting the bad together by itself. if everything lines up and goes tight then I would bet that its your ping pong thats out of spec.

I had the same problem w/ a RRA.  Replace the bolt catch

This.
It didn't seem like it was going to fit at first but a little playing around got it to work.

I have 3 lowers, and the BAD does not fit on my RRA either.  My other 2 lowers have a BAD on them (one has a CMMG LPK and I forget the other), and after looking more closely the RRA catch has more material on the outer edges that make it a hair larger than the others.

I had a RRA LPK, and the BAD lever wouldn't fit my ping-pong either.

Since RRA was having a free-shipping sale on parts at the time, I gambled and bought a couple more bolt catches from them, along with a few other small parts spares.

My thinking was that this was just a small lot that was out of spec, and even if neither replacement fit, I could freely dremel until one did.

Both the bolt catch paddles I received fit the BAD just fine, and I swapped it and discarded the "bad" catch.
