Your rifle's BCG is correct, the o ring is not needed. When you buy a BCG it will have a BCM Extractor Spring and Black Extractor Insert, the same ones used in the spring upgrade kit, the o ring is packed with the BCG but not installed. A complete upper with the free BCG won't have the oring in it. I used a BCM bolt without the oring on a BCM 11.5 SBR and it never missed a beat. I wouldn't worry about the oring unless you have trouble and I really don't see that happening on a 16" middy. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |
