When you buy an upper with Daniel Defense rails already installed does it come with rail panels? I ask because I've seen that some of the DD rails come with panels if you just buy the rail. Thanks!!

Panels are not included with the upper.

Daniel Defense seems to have stopped including the ERGO panels with their rails.
They do seem to still come with three ladder covers.
