Midsouth Shooters Supplies has a few powders that I like and are in the BL-C2 ballpark, like H335 and CFE223. And somewhat faster powders, and powders that I really to plink with like Ramshot X-Term and Alliant 10X. I stopped by the local Mom & Pop shop yesterday and they had some scattered powders available but no BLC2 or the TAC I was hoping for. Not a single primer to be had and their supplier told them not to be surprised if it was 6 months before they got more.
