[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Best buffer for MK18 upper?

Plan on purchasing a complete DD MK18 upper for a pistol lower. What buffer would be best to run? I shoot only 5.56 NATO, 55 - 77 grain.

We use H Buffers for our MK18s. Either that or an H2 will work best for you.

I been running a H3 in mine, but I run my suppressed. No issues.
